| Purchases | All purchases are final and non-refundable, Including preorder items. |
| Shipping | Once the item is handed over to the post office and customer receives the tracking number, I am not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping, or if the package got lost / returned. |
| Returned package | If the package got returned back to us, and if the customer wishes for it to be re-sent back to their address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee. |
